So, the last time I got weighed, I was in the Dr.'s office. Couple months ago. 229 pounds. Only 11 pounds shy of my all-time high of 240. Extremely unhappy about that. Putzed around for a while, felt generally miserable and made some half-hearted attempts at losing weight. 4 1/2 weeks ago, I got serious. Really started watching what I eat, been riding the bike faithfully. Weighed myself last night. 200 even. One more pound and I'll be under 200 for the first time in, what, 4 years? 5? I fully expect to reach 180 at this point. If I can maintain that, I'll be thrilled. I was down to 150 at one point in my life. Even I will admit, this is WAY too thin for my frame. I found some old pictures, and I really do look sickly at that weight.
