i finally moved into my new apartment in iowa city and it is so nice to be back home again. The only downside is that my roommates haven't moved in yet, so i don't have internet or a phone, so i've been sneaking down to alex's computer while he is at work to check my mail and look at the nakey chicks.

it feels so amazing to be leaving entirely on your own schedule, doing exactly what you want whenever you want, I will never live with my parents again (don't get me wrong i love them to death) i could just never be completely comfortable with them around.

ooo!! and i have news, alex's friend mike left his large white rat Winston at his apartment for a week, so i adopted him to mine and he runs arond on the floor gives me little rat kisses and sits on my shoulder. i wish i had a digital camera so i could take pictures of him so you can truly see how cute this rat is!!! he loves to cuddle with me because i'm his foster mommy while his daddy is between apartments. I am not sure if i will be able to give him back. I can't wait until captain howdy my kiki comes and lives with me.
