My wonderful lovley friend Giovannie was on ER on Thursday! She was brilliant! Went to her house to watch the episode. Found out she met Machen Amick whom I am OBSESSED with since she guest starred on the episode with her. Gio had some friends over to and we all ate delicious BBQ and drank beer and after ER watched the rough cut of my movie Dead Line. She had tremendous support from all her friends and family and I'm so proud of her. She's heading up to LA to shoot another episode of ER since they asked her to come back and play a reaccuring role.
For some reason I've been feeling extra bad about my body image latley. It doesn't help that I have beautiful actress friends who are 90 pounds either. I'm damning that birth control I took since I gained a bunch of weight and I love food and beer too much to get back to where I was. I decided since Im so annoyed I'm going to quick the drinking for a while, hopefully quit smoking, and start working my ass off. Its so not worth it to be this miserable.
I'll update on the quitting smoking so please wish me luck. Im going to start now!

good luck on quitting, that's the best thing you can do for yourself. beer also makes you feel gross and puffy, i've noticed. feeling bloated is worse than feeling like i've gained weight.
