so if you all recall, my old (bitch) landlord sued us for $5,000 for rent and utilities and we had to go to small claims court where we had our claims heard by some (bitch) pro tem judge. the judge "recommended" we paid a total of $2,400 for utilities for 6 months, even though that was never in the agreement and we worked our asses off for those people.
for the last two weeks i've been very unsure of whether i wanted to appeal or not. i knew the judgement was unfair, but we would have to go to superior court, and if the judge there decided that $2,400 was too low, he could raise it. then would would have to pay more, plus all the court fees. it was a little scary.
but we got our judgement in the mail today, and apparently our case was reviewed by someone with more of a brain then the pro tem we had, and we are only required to pay $490 ($400 for rent for april, $90 for our phone bill), plus $72 for court fees.
i KNOW she doesn't deserve five hundred bucks from us, but i rather pay it and be done with it all. and its not like i happen to have $562 sitting in my account. in fact, i only have $28.43. so... its going to be awhile before THAT stupid fat whore sees any of my money.

Shit, man I know what it is like to have to pay 'court' ordered money, and I know that $562 is alot of money but it is hella better than paying $2400. Take the judgement and pay the bitch landlord 
And then just ruin her rep. You know that word of mouth is the best advertisement, good or bad. There are ways to get vengenance without it costing you more legal matters, like assault or arson. I know that is extreme but you know what I am saying. I am still waiting on the damn person to finish reading the Gunslinger so I can check it out of the library, but they have until the 20th. I know I sound stupid but am excited about trying to read books again. Have a good weekend, and try to relax. Later.

I hate paying the court money the last time I had to pay it cost me $810.00 just because I fort to pay a reinstament fee and drove on a suspended license OOOOPPPSS
