the day at court didn't go so well.
i was so nervous that i didn't talk well, and the judge took my old landlords word without any proof. none of my witnesses were allowed to talk, even my boss got thrown out for being so frustrated. the judge didn't read anything i prepared. she just added up estimated cost for utilities, and that was it. she didn't even hear my claim at all.
it was absolutely sickening.
one word: appeal.

Thanx. It's rough but in the end it's so much better. That's so wonderful that you stand by your guy like that. Trust me he appreciates it beyond belief. It's hard to find people to stick by you through a situation like that and it really does mean a lot. I know it's hard for you sometimes because you wish there was more you could do or you get frustrated or upset but trust me just being their is the best thing you'll ever be able to do.
