Well, if you're asking for feedback or advice, I think we have to start at the fundamental level, and that is that we're dealing with several addictions here. The objects are not important, it doesn't matter whether it's sex, love, drugs, booze...it's about the process. The only way I've found to break attachments is to let go of the ego. Doesn't have to be all the time, but if you learn the techniques, you can use them at will. Whether mental yogas from Hinduism, Tibetan Buddhism, Zen,it's no matter - there are many helpful systems. It's not about being totally inependent, either; no one is. We are interdependent. (It's the *co* that's the problem.)

PS Don't take this the wrong way, but I always thought you were gay, or at least bi, maybe out, maybe not. You don't meet many straight guys who are well put together, refined...you know what I mean. It gives us hope.
