The Iguana didn't make it. The folks at the vivarium put her down for a nap in the ice box. Sure she never learned any tricks but in 8 years she never talked back either. I could leave for days and she never asked why, where and with what other types reptile.
My pal David promised to set me up with a new one when I'm ready. But they're all so young and tend to look the same these days.
In mourning I adorned my most dashing black outfit and found myself on courtney and amber's floor dinking a bottle af cheap wine at midnight as they scurried to ready for the night. Nightclubs, liqour and women. The ususal MO.
Then the light turns green and all cars on the line on geary street put the pedal to the floor.
I almost had the M3 until the throttle cable popped out of the foot lever. Try explaining that to the prentious drunks in the back seat.
Oh well. a little breakfast in the ave's before sunrise then back to the empty terrarium.
