The programmer I work with was supposed to get the boot today. He was trying to sell the software he developed for our company 
They warned me about it ahead of time because Im one of the network admins and I have to change all of the passwords. Evidently, though, he smelled it coming and quit last night. SOOOO This morning Micah was changing associated user accounts and cutting off outside access to the company (the boy is a professional hacker and could do some major damage if he decided to feel vindictive).
*sigh* This sucks cus I actually enjoyed working with the guy
So now were even more short staffed then ever. Also, theres a whole bunch of drama floating around the office. I fucking hate drama. Especially office drama 
God I need a drink. Think Ill break open a bottle of wine tonight and get a little sloshed while I float around on the message boards. Tomorrow night Ill go out and get pissed properly
My friend Kathlene finally called me after going MIA for three weeks (this is typical of her). She wants to hang tomorrow night. Im going to try to convince her to come out to where Yawfren and her crew will be hanging if I can. Thing about Kat is she has trouble meeting new people. Its SOOO hard to break the ice with her. Shes very untrusting of new people. Prediction: Kat will sit there and drink four beers and chain smoke and say uh..yea and umok. Thats Kat for ya; my sudo-guy friend with a vagina

this weekend i'm going to go on a short vacation to a friend's mom's timeshare house. it's on a golf course, with a swimming pool nearby. totally not my kind of thing, but i like swimming and i like pool (they have a pool table).. so it'll probably be fun.
