My boss was getting on my case today. I forgive her, because I had my year-end review yesterday and she gave me high marks (yay raise!). Theres this one thing she does that gets on my nerves: My Boss tends to blow-up without thinking things though first. After I explain myself shell calm down, but I REALLY hate getting a nasty e-mail from her first thing I walk in the door. Errr
As bosses go, though, mine is pretty cool. She lets me sneak in two-hour lunches and doesnt mind if Im 15 minutes late.
