I am curious as to who is into clean eating, I want to get into it more one because I know it's good for you and two I have stomach issues and my current diet keeps making me sick all the time. I need help as to where to start and things to motivate me to actually eat healthy. Maybe even make things I know my boyfriend would enjoy eating with me to help me with this,

I had lots of issues that resolved themselves completely with the elimination of wheat and gluten. Now when I eat anything containing gluten I have a hangover the next day. As was said above, processed foods are also a major issue. Eat only whole organic foods and you will notice a dramatic change in how you feel...and it feels amazing!

What I consider to be clean eating is not just about eating fruits and vegetables. I do not eat: genetically modified wheat, frozen dinners, veggies and fruits that aren't organic, corn starch or corn. Most of those things are bad for you in one way or more. Since beginning my clean eating almost a year ago my energy levels have increased, my blood work from hospitals is always perfect and I barely get sick. My stomach has also stopped having so many issues (I had a lot of tummy problems too).
