It comes to something when you have fairly decent working relationship with a company, you collaborate and try your best to keep them happy. You even give opportunities for work, sales and business but it’s quite disheartening when you get kicked back.
I understand it happens but it sort of sours the relationship and makes you wonder if it is really worth it.
I must sound like I am owed something but that’s not my problem here. It’s more to do with doing something for someone and they expect it for free, or even worse, they also expect you to pay for the privilege or honour of doing them a favour.
This is what I find very disheartening and disappointing. I work hard and expect not a lot bar politeness and maybe a thank you here and there. Nothing more
Sorry for the download but I need to somewhere. Today has been a rollercoaster with the potential for business but then hit with the “can you do it for free? You’ll make money on the after sales” followed by the “you take all the risk and on your insurance, we can’t own the risk” moment.
I am so down it’s unreal and I just hope to bounce back tomorrow after a sleep but I can help but feel used and abused.
