I agree with you saying that you don't need to go to school for learning about movies but doing it,i attended a photography school here in Milan for 3 years,i had the chance to confront with other people like me who shared the same interest and wanted to embrace the same path as i did.
If you "love cinema more than life itself" why don't you do something with it ?
Sometimes passion and perseverance are the only things you need to succeed.
