Ok time for an update.

Well halloween is over an i did nothing except work.

Well i did go for drinks on friday but was still in bed by 1230. :S

I havent lost any weight in about 2 weeks... SO FRUSTRATING.
I actually think it has something to do with mark ( The FWB). I have decided he is toxic for me and my progress but cutting him out is going to be hard. I erased his numbers from my phone so i wouldnt be tempted to call him for a booty call.

I started talking with an old friend again last night and he really cheered me up.

It's time for me to regroup.

Im so bored with how my life is right now. I need something exciting to happen.

For the workout front:

I am still doing the boxing once a week but i have split my weights into an upper and lower body split. Im spending a little less time at the gym but i think i need to add more exercises to my lower body day. im so confused.

Ill update more later i guess.

You look so fantastic. An I'm sure once you get past this little weight loss plateau that a bunch will just fall off all at once. That's what usually happens.

I'm off for boxing class tomorrow... did shoulders and back today... legs on thurs if my knee is up to it (I'm in soooo much discomfort from it!).

And still doing abs EVERY day... maybe one day they'll start to break through all the fat!

Good work on the number deletion --- cutting him out is gonna be for the best... although, it's a hypocritical statement from me seeings I had a text from my ex today asking for a 'ped hug' --- didn't quite know how to respond to that to be honest... I don't think it's a good idea though!
