I am soo mad at UPS. I ordered the stuff from Sailor Jerry. It was to be delievered today, and that i had to be at home to sign for the package or i would have to go pick it up. ( I have no transportaion so that isn't an option). So i ducked out of school early to be home to get the package. I waited and I waited.. NOTHING..

I checked my online staus and all day it said it was ON DELIVERY. I called the UPS customer service and they said that It was on the truck on route to be delivered. two hours later I checked again and it said it hadn't left the UPS spot and that it was rescheduled to be delievered tommorow.... WHAT?!?!?!?

I called them again to find out what was up. and the guy on the phone was soo rude and unhelpful. He said he has no idea what happened, but it should be delivered tommorow so i should be around to sign for it. I said that was unaceptable becasue i rearranged my life to pick up a package that was set for delivery today. I asked them why do they have guranteed delivery if they arn;t going to live up to it. He said" OH WELL".. oh well? I asked him who was accountable for mistakes made in shipping he said "noone". I was getting frustrated then he came out with ..

"you'll catch more flies with honey....."

FUCK THEM!

I then asked where i could direct complaints to. he said He was it. I asked what the address for head office was. he said he didnt know. I asked how that was possible.. and he said "whatever" and hung up on me.
