It is a time of joy and frustration in the greater New Orleans area for the next two weeks due to the Mardi Gras season. I went to the first Metairie parade yesterday. (Krewe of Little Rascals) I only stayed for a little while, but from what I was told it was short. Many more Parades to come!!!! It's a great experience that everyone should enjoy!!!!!!! Oh and the frustration comes from insane traffic. Plus locals drive like assholes!
