went running today...when i did my cool down stretches, i literally tore my shirt...that was pretty funny...

all day long i hacked up lung and choke on phlegm...while i ran, i breathed as freely as a fresh clean t-shirt...and after i cooled down, my coughs started up again...wtf mate? w t f-ing f?

that's sad about your band there. I have to admit I'm not really a punk fan, but their story is fascinating. did they sing exclusively in german? I can't imagine a foreign language song making any headway in the US. (which is sad in itself.)
