alright, really quickly, because i have to get to bed, but i know i've been sorely lacking in presence here...

i passed the California Bar Examination (woohoo!). since then, i landed myself a job at a boutique firm that serves the Latin American/Spanish speaking community. i was hired as an immigration associate, but while i wait for my moral character application to be processed (final step in licencing to join the Bar), i've also been doing some bankruptcy work. all of this, of course, is in Spanish.

additionally, i also landed myself a fellowship with a major environmental non-profit! i won't name them, but they're major, and they do lots of international work. so i'm very VERY stoked to be working with them for the next few months too. the fellowship is an unpaid position, but the glory and the mission are compelling enough that i'll be actually taking hours out of my work week to complete my obligations with [non-profit].

so there you have a VERY skinny, pretty much too skinny, update. i promise more soon. does anyone even read this anymore? i fear i may have lost even the wandering souls who stumble across my page randomly. ah well - i shall make it up to all my friends, whom I have not forgotten and do indeed miss. i bid you well, every one.
