I just had to delete my pathetic blog from earlier. anyways...I just finished reading The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold and I cried at the end. Partly because I was going to miss reading and connecting with the characters and partly because I'm nuts. Books, movies, lyrics from songs can be powerful and teach us great lessons, but only for those who let them.

don't hate me, but i couldn't stand The Lovely Bones. i had to read it for a lit class. it made me want to poop everywhere. girls get mad at me when i say this, but then i remind them that that book is totally a chick book. it's like a guy watching Oprah.
