YAY!!
I went to COACHELLA with iamjackshandgun yesterday. It was a BEAUTIFUL day! The wind was blowing, the sun was shining, the grass was green and piled high with trash from lazy patrons who couldn't walk just a couple feet away to a pretty designated recycling bin. There were so many beautiful people there I just wanted to touch and caress with my dirty little fingers from all the dust blowing circles around me. Then there were others walking about that I wanted to make lick the filth from the bottom of my shoe (damn stupid people!). My eyes felt like they were going to pop off as I stood staring at everyone that was within a .25 mile radius. I think it's an INDO complex - I can't get enough of 'people-watching'. Maybe? feh.
We got there around 4:30 pm - a good time to check out the premises a bit and watch the sun slowly slip down from the sky. I watched Tegan and Sarah (awesome girls, I love pretty little love songs more than the next person), New Order (played love will tear us apart, atmosphere, bizarre love triangle, and blue monday!), NINE INCH NAILS (played burn, wish, head like a hole, terrible lie, and hurt!), and The FAINT (played wet from birth, probably other very good ones, but I missed a lot of their set to watch NIN). I didn't get to watch Bright Eyes play cause it was getting late and Eric (iamjackshandgun) had to work in the morning, but he promised me that he would take me to see Conor when he comes around again.
I finally got home at around 2:00 am and was greeted by my lover. We took a warm shower together and then made love to a cheesy old episode of aqua teen hunger force on adult swim (yes!). It was a great way to end the day.
If I could end my weekends like this every week . . . I would be one very happy little earthling.

Now I have to do an eight page research paper on Howard Stern and discuss his affect on the mass media. DUE TOMORROW!
I hope you guys had as much fun as I did this weekend!
You stinky.
