This one is a double because both bands played at the same show. Earlier in February this year. I went and saw local Denver band Khemmis, open a show for Myrkur, and Wolves In The Throne Room at the Gothic Theatre in Englewood. Khemmis has never put on a bad performance. Since I started going to their shows in 2015.
Up next was Myrkur which was my first time seeing her perform. I missed it when she opened for Behemoth the year before. Her name is Amalie and she is Danish. Some of her songs are in Danish and some are English. She plays a Norse folk inspired brand of atmospheric black metal. She is also a major babe. That’s her on the shirt with some wolves.
I didn’t pick up a Wolves In The Throne Room Shirt because their shirts weren’t as cool or exciting. I did score this pin which resides on my leather Jacket. It’s the one on the very top.
