I'm back in Berkeley.
And damn, it feels good.
RA training has been intense and time consuming, but fun. I have some seriously awesome co-workers.
My floor theme? Ken Kesey's Further Bus. If you dont know who Ken Kesey was, GOOGLE HIM.
I'm feeling kinda lonely, though. I don't know anyone on my staff well enough to "hang out" with them yet...And I only have three friends back in Berkeley...All three of them are too busy to hang out.
I also miss Sabrina a TON. I wish i was still with her in NYC. Or that she was here with me. I miss sleeping next to her...
I'm looking forward to my friends/residents arriving in two weeks. And to class starting.
I'm taking PACS 125AC (War, Culture and Society in the U.S), Spanish 3, EPS 20 (Earthquakes!), and LAS 10 (Intro to Latin American Studies). I'm also trying to get into a one month seminar taught by the former president of Chile. And I wanna join NOW and go to a dance class at the YWCA and work 15 hours a week and be a good RA.
