I suppose I should update, huh?
So I've gotten my grades back:
An A- in Western Civilization, a B in Neuroscience, a C+ in Spanish and a "pass" in Female Sexuality.
Overall GPA is a 3.0. I'm trying to convince myself that that's ok for my first semester at Berkeley. I'm hoping I do better next semester. Blah.
Christmas was good. I got a new camera, and yes I'll post some new pictures soon.
My dad is doing pretty terribly. It sucks to see him so sick. I fucking hate Parkinson's disease. My mom is uber depressed and really clingy- I spent a few days with them at their house but am currently with my brother and sister in law in Seattle. It's INFINITELY better here- Especially because I get to chill with my awesome newphews.

I'm so sorry to hear a loved one is inflicted with such a terrible disease... I offer you all of my consolinces for the next year. Anytime I might have been consoled in the coming 35, you will get it instead.
