aw man. now you're leavin (not that I really blame you)? but we've yet to discuss the horror of Harry Potter! I just finished the 2nd book. and. I guess I liken it to Perkins. It's one step up from fast food, but that doesn't necessarily mean I'm satisfied or that I enjoyed it, and it usually results with me running to the bathroom afterward. It's not pulitzer prize-winning stuff, and I'm not really emotionally involved in the story or the characters, but it's still engaging enough for me to wonder what will happen next. As long as the books are, you'd think I'd feel something for the characters. but I guess I'll continue reading the series. -shrug- I think people who use the excuse that it's "just a kids' book" is a cop out, though. Kid books can still make me feel. and Potter doesn't move me much.

Anyway. I suppose this is adieu. Perhaps I'll make a prodigal return sometime to the other site since this place's been pissin the fuck outta me as well. which would be open to your visitations. cuz really, man. s'all's good.

Believe me, nobody was slapping his knee and guffawing more than me, but it turned out to be more like "lodging" than "camping." Still, I forgot how fun archery was and the canoeing was tranquil.

Because my internet access is powered by the unholy wretchedness of DIAL-UP, it takes about 87 years for me to download & listen to any Devotchka songs. and I don't have the patience to wait that long. With no DSL I'm livin in the stone age over here, I tell ya.
