so despite death, politics, my no-longer-working car, my four evil classes and two soul-crushing jobs, just-barely-passed tests, gigantic writing projects thrown together at the last minute, and the state of the world at large . . .

I'm pretty happy right now. for once.

I mean like the kind of happy where you're eating salmon pad thai in an annoying restaurant with a really fun guy sitting next to you and you kinda just have to dance in your seat a little because it's good pad thai and the music is weird and this guy is cool as hell so why not, you know?

and he doesn't even seem to think I'm as annoying as I really and truly am. sooo, in short, things are coming up Milhouse.
