USA! USA!
I've been terrible at updating recently, but I have been slightly distracted by the World Cup. Where to start?
I got another package from Rachel this week. A beenie for my bald head in the wintertime, which makes my pants tight, and then 9 CDs of music!!!! I've spent a few hours listening to new tunes, and I am very very happy about it.
The World Cup has been absolutely great this year. Low scores, but I've been enjoying it immensely. Watching the US win this morning was so intense. I think almost wet myself on cam in chat when they scored.
In other news, a good friend of mine who is a bit of a World Traveler came into town Monday night. I met him at a local BrewPub for some food and beer and chatter. I spent the night drinking and talking about EVERYTHING. Soccer, Politics, Religion (mormonism is always a fun topic for out-of-staters) Beer, Women... Good times. I really need my buddy to settle back down in Jersey now so I can go visit him.
hrmm, I know theres more, but I can't think enough atm to remember it all!!
p.s. the US has a real shot at advancing past the quarters. Looks like my beard is going to be epic soon
