* I got the green light from [here] to do a 1000-word feature on the local campus/community radio station CHSR. It needs to be done by 4pm Friday. My email inquiring about how much they usually pay for such things went unanswered.
* Federal election is no-go, as are my big plans of finding work as a result of volunteering for a campaign of my choice. Well fuck.
* My boss came out to me last week over lunch. I was way too drunk for that. Her fault for showing up late and giving me a chance to drink two pints of Keith's Honey Brown.
* My bass is out of the shop. It sounds like shit. There's a terrible hum coming off the E and A strings. You should see the giant hole in my left index finger which appeared as a result of not playing for three weeks and then playing constantly for two days.
