Sorry for the lack of updates as of late. I discovered a contingent of friends mostly from school on LJ, so I've been spending some time over there. Oh the drama. 
* Classes are finished, the work is not.
* Poverty continues.
* Drinking and smoking too much, but not really.
* Soulseek downloading spree also continues. Bands I have recently discovered or rediscovered include: The Evens, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Husker Du
* Instrument makes me hot in ways you can't imagine.

No, I always enjoy hearing speculation on what a good sooper-power would be. It'll be useful in case the canadian govt. feels the need to abduct me and force me to join some kind of super-hero team with powers making them socially adept under any circumstances.

I never sat down and listened to fugazi or minor threat. but whenever I hear Ian MacKaye in interviews, he really articulates the ideas of punk and DIY in a way that I totally agree with. he's like my saint of not selling out.
