There's a bakery/corner store near campus called The Goody Shop. On Monday night I went with my friend Adam b/c he was my platonic movie date and but he had to meet his dealer there to buy some pot first. While we were there, I bought a half dozen chocolate chip cookies for $2. All but two of these cookies had been sitting in a paper bag on my coffee table since Monday night. The bag was beginning to turn clear, presumably b/c of all the butter in the cookies, plus I figured they were probably getting stale, so I ate them all just so I wouldn't have to look at them anymore. Now my tummy hurts.

Some friends of mine are putting on a cover show as a benefit for Habitat for Humanity sometime in late February or early March. Let me explain this somewhat: we do this here in Fredericton from time to time, where local bands pick a band they like and basically play the part of a tribute act for a night, usually for a charity show. Think of it as a chance to see Depche Mode, AC/DC and Weezer all in the same night. Anyway, I emailed my friends Pat and Zach to see if they wanted to do a Pixies set for the Habitat for Humanity show, and they're game. We all emailed back and forth for a few days, and we were trying to set up a time this weekend to get together. But now I haven't heard from either of them in a couple of days, and I'm getting all antsy in the pantsy.

My tummy still hurts. I think that's it.
