I HATE UPS!!! 
I ordered an mp3 player from futureshop online (note: Futureshop = Best Buy in the USofA) and UPS won't let me have it!
Allow me to explain: they only seem to come in the morning when (oddly enough) everyone who lives here is either at school or work, so there's nobody to sign for the damned package when they show up... so they leave a sticky note on my front door saying they'll try again tomorrow. I can't go pick it up from them either because they're out in the industrial park and I don't have a way to get out there. So I'm seriously considering taking tomorrow morning off of school so I can sit around waiting for the UPS guy. CHRIST! They're worse than the cable company, at least they can give you a vague idea of when they're coming, UPS just says "between 8am and 5pm". Fuckers.

I know how you feel. You can call the UPS 800 number and they will give you the number for your local UPS office. Then they can get a hold of the driver and you can meet somewhere to pick it up. I have gone through this alot. Actually, too much.

I use to work for UPS. Seen Ace Ventura? We were like that soccer scene at the beginning with the packages. We damaged tons of shit. It was kinda like a game. I blamed it on the time schedule. You want overnight delivery...you get your package thrown instead of handed. It's the price you paid. Nerf packaging should be mandatory at UPS. Anyways...Im sure your package will get to you soon... the condition on the other hand...
