I have the overwhelming urge to get a couple of tattoos on my hips, so today I threw together these two designs (neither which is completely finished)Thoughts?
I think Im going to outline each one in the others prospective color, so the turquoise one gets a red outline and the red one gets a turquoise outline. I originally wanted to get two mermaid tattoos but I was having issues with designing them. Besides, its really just slightly veiled vanity, so I might as well put a peacock on myself.
This is the other one that I don't like as much...

As a tattoo artist, let me tell you peacocks are the shit. But you might want to rethink those designs. The negative patterns in the tail will eventually bleed out and become hard to read. Go to yellowblaze.net and look in the Japanese new scool gallery and check out summa dem bad ass birds.
