Is it the mystery of what the nipple looks like, if they turned just a little or bent down just a tad....or is it that you think you can tell the heft and weight of the breast by this veiw,,,Funny how what most people find sexy is the mystery of what you might see!!! My mom always said give em something to think about!!!

I think it's mostly the shape and curve, and the suggestion of weight - nipples are great (present company definitely included!) but a good side-view is a beautiful thing unto itself.
