Yeah, Running With Scissors was sooo good, I really liked it... but I'm so sensitive to movies like that. It really got to me because my mom's been in and out of therapy ever since I was little and on all sorts of different pills... so I felt like I could relate to a point. It made me really thankful though, that she was always there even if she was off balance.
Thanks for the movie suggestions, I'll be sure to check them out! I've seen 13 already...though I didn't really like that one. Not sure why...it just didn't hold my attention.

I don't know if I'd say it smelled like flowers in particular, but it definitely has it's own smell. Outside of the streets in the French Quarter it was kind of a mix of wet grass and pretty and Bourbon Street mostly smelled like garbage and vomit. I can't say I didn't expect that though haha. Party street ...I wasn't surprised.
