Well I don't always reach out to someone but when I don't want to isolate and say listen to music I almost always call my mom. Her and I never see eye to eye but she it always there for me when I just want to go off on a rant and tries making me feel better. She won't always know the right things to say but just having someone who loves you unconditionally no matter what (cause well she's mom) feels great because you can be open an vulnerable all the time.
Another person I reach out for, if my daughter. She's 1 and a half and is just young and innocent and so happy. I can have the worst day and come home to that little peach and nothing else matters. Her never ending love and smiles and giggles are the best things in the world. Raising a child is the best thing ever and she always puts a smile on my face when I need it the most
