nothing. the risk of scarring isn't worth it to me.

yes. i am consumed with a fear of someone breaking into my house and attacking me. even in the middle of the day when i'm home alone i'm paranoid. nighttime is a whole different story. i can't take showers when i'm alone in the house, ever. i investigate every tiny sound. i periodically check closets and other possible hiding places. it's really debilitating.
