Shitty rainy day............ I had to work and so did Jess. Nothing worse than waking up early on a Saturday morning to go to work. My alarm went off this morning and I instantly thought to myself.... "Why would I set my alarm on a Saturday?" Two seconds later I remembered why!! YUCK! Anywhooooooooo: Things with my dad are going good. He seems really cool thus far. I can see things in him that I find in myself and that's so damn cool for me. I don't think I have ever had that in my life yet and to have it now is bot very cool and a bit strange all at the same time. I'll take it day by day though. So far so good!!

So......... is anyone in a similiar situation? Do you have both your parents in your life or are you the rare person that still has parents who have never divorced and actually still love eachother?! wink

I am a rarity that has parents who love each other... and get this HIGH SCHOOL SWEETHEARTS! They're both 51 now and have been together since they were 16. Lost their virginity to each other and the works. They briefly split in college before they got married but other then that have been together for the better part of 35 years (married for 25). I envy them, they are truly happy.... weird surreal

My parents never divorced and are still together. Next year they will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary. They live in a cute little suburban house with their two daughters (myself and my seventeen-year-old sister) and three cats. Aww.
