Lot's on the old noggin tonight. Does anyone have any good remedies for insomnia? I would normally just hook myself up with some tea and add a couple of sprigs of Valerian root......... but alas, I have none to add at this moment in time. Booo Hoooo!!

Wuggly: Yes I still sell that Heck. (Anytime you want to go over what I have just let me know, K?!! ) Also, you can buy Valerian root at just about any earthy crunchy type store that sells natural foods OR, any place that you can buy alternative herbs IE: A real witchcraft store or etc. I do have some herbal sleeping pills. They have a LOT of valerian in them if you want to try some samples or whatever.
Oh and ..............Ummmmmmmmmm............the deal is ............Let's meet up sometime and Chiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiil! Maybe grab Gia and whoever and hang out? Sound good?
