Yeah, it was the bipartisan shit that really derailed any hope of this being a more appropriate solution, I think. If the Republicans have proven anything over the last 10 years, it's that compromise isn't in their collective lexicon.

I'm not sure when the pouting started, but I was born in 1980 and don't remember a time when it wasn't a party full of pissy-panty old white bigots. At this rate, they'll start a fundraising tour of Holocaust denial groups. After all, if factual science and reasoning is so easily disposed of, why not history, too?
