A picture of my awesome new hair...



The sunburn in the above picture is a result of sitting around watching the local parade go by on the 4th... I took a bunch of pictures of the highlights, so they're spoilered. smile

The parade felt really old-timey. It was kinda cool. Of course the parade started with the flags...



Then they threw in the politicians and figureheads in awesome old cars...

Guys on penny farthings...

A young guy in an old military vehicle which I don't suppose passes the smog test...



An old guy in an old plane...



A guy playing a bass... (he was actually in front of a pretty cool replica of the local theater)



People dancing...



A giant motorized Radio Flyer... (I want one!!! love )



Umm...one of these thingies... (I want one of these, too...)



And, of course, what's a July 4th parade without a cow car?



It even had an udder.
