I haven't slept in a while, i'm sure i'll feel better when i do i'm prety worthless right now. Its a long story.-

my favorite music program here (that's been canceled) slogan was "sleep is for the weak". the show was on 1:00am -4:00am. But you do need sleep, apparently 8 hours a night is the minimum sustainable amount. I'm an over achiever and always aim higher tongue
