I'm dying to go see a movie, but I can't bring myself to watch most of the crap that's out in the theatre. Any recommendations?

If you're from the Bay Area, check out the Parkway Theatre in Oakland. It's the most awesome theatre around, with a bar, restaurent, tables, couches, etc. Thet's the place that Rocky Horror moved to.

yeah, i like amber a lot. i've never seen her live, though - i just came across some of her sets via sister-sf. i found the sister collective when i was looking for drag'nfly, who i saw at a party in reno (where i used to live).
