No rainbow? No unicorns? Nope not today. I have learned that entropy is the enemy. Inertia is the siren's song that beckons us to sleep walk into the nothingness of life.
It is hard to deal with perpetual momentum. Seems like such labor, but the earth moves beneath your feet and yet you cannot feel it.
My life has always been pretty blessed, not by angels, or god as far as I know, but by most of the cues I have been given have been processed and understood. Angles analyzed, paradigms vetted and the best option to move forward has been selected. If I sit too long where I do not belong, balance teaches me the err of my ways like the minotaur in the labyrinth.
So today I pack my bags and venture forth, I kiss the things I leave behind on the forehead and whisper in their ear they will never be forgotten. I will carry them with me.
The signs are there, people slowly surround me reflecting all that is wrong within myself. The surface shows the facade of enlightenment, but the core has the old cracks growing into manifestations.
Balance, evolution, so important. As are the words I implore those I care for to take to heart, "Know your worth" or no one else will. Not full of hubris and demands, but know your true worth. If the price is too low, push yourself. If your surroundings do not value you, push them aside. They are the fatigue you feel when you thought you were just getting into a rhythm.
Tomorrow is whenever you wake up and that day is the first day in the rest of your life. Tomorrow will be a good day. Sorry if tonight seems dim from these rantings. They needed to spill out of me in one way or another so why not share them with you?
