Okay so, the divorce decree thing didn't go over too well. We had issues with property division and the lawyer didn't put a "name change" clause in the waiver she has to sign. So, I have to get a new one written up. We hashed out my "contribution" as well. I am pretty satisfied. I will be all caught up by February, and I can finalize. It sucks that I have to wait even longer but, the decree has been filed and the clock is now ticking. When it reaches 60 days I can technically finalize. One of the conditions that I agreed to was not finalizing for six months so she has health insurance until she can get her own. All in all things are progressing well. She still has relative after relative come and "talk" to me. I am getting tired of telling the story; they need to have a meeting.
