I think I'm meeting with the Vietnamese Business Student today but I haven't heard back from her, so we'll see if she makes the meeting place today.

Okay that birthday crap is over. Got some tobacco, which was a considerate and appreciated gift.

Today would have been My father's Birthday. Since My birthday is on the 26th we always used to share a birthday party on the 25th.

That was always my favorite part of birthdays....sharing it with my dad.

I miss his wisdom.

I went to the poetry slam in Chico for the first time ever last night. Did well, won some money. I would have done better but the judges were angst ridden college kids and I didn't play on their white guilt hard enough...next time though....

Hope to have the final illustrations this weekend. Well see. then The Mean Tree will be ready for print.

I'm in the middle of a nasty Adventure. Maybe the worst ever. I find myself in Chico, California (which is bad in and of itself). Anybody know anybody in chico?
