The Dangers of Bank Robbing
In the week prior to Xmas there were two separate bank robberies that occurred as I was within a block of the bank being robbed.
The first was a local bank. The robber (described as a short Arabic looking man)entered, handed a note to the teller demanding money. Within sixty seconds the manager handed him a sack of cash, the amount of which was not reported (which leads me to believe it was a large amount as the bank would be eager to report only a small amount). The cameras in the bank didn't get a good photo of the robber. No one was hurt. No weapon was seen. The robber got away.
Good Bank Robber
The second robbery occurred two days later at a Bank of America. The robber, carrying an air pistol, freaked out immediately. Never even got to the teller window, only robbed a customer of his wallet contents. Then he ran out into the arms of about 50 cops, who threw him to the ground, cuffed him, gave him his "idiot" beating and hauled him off to jail.
