i have my whole music collection backed-up on my external hard drive.
what i lost was 2 months worth of music (and other stuff) that i acquired before my pc crashed - and failed to back-up. and that included everythin that you had sent me.
ah well... we'll make up for that soon enough.

i was still playing with ponies and barbies at 11

you know, that's kinda the reason i don't read comics on the train. coz i hate people's stares of "he's reading comic books, what is he, a kid?". Not that i should give a fuck what people think, but it just makes me uncomfortable sometimes. especially if i was to read'em at work. people just don't get it.
i was really into my G.I.Joes and Transformers toons as a kid, so when i come across a comic of either, i'm more than happy to lose myself in that universe for like an hour (i read them really slow, i just like to immerse myself in them so much).
yesterday a mate gave me a load of Silent Hill comics through zip files. i didn't even know there were Silent Hill comics!

11yr olds havin babies? i read the papers every day too. or ta least i used to when i was working. all i can do is shake my head and wonder if i'm living in the same world sometimes.

I've heard varying opinions on the Silent Hill movie. I love the game a lot, but a lot of people have told me that it didn't translate well to film. I still want to check it out anyway.

I do, to both of them...all four of them now. The ONLY thing that kept me frm confronting the two people was that fact that the only reason I was privvy to that info. in the first place was because of my "friend" Ashley. But now there's really nothing holding me back. The shitty thing is that the older man is a rather prominent criminal defense attorney...good...as far as I'm concerned, he'll need the representation...

dude.. when i first moved to london 5 years ago, i totally felt like that. i felt the same way about my job, in fact, i kinda still do, even though i actually have it better than most in my line of work (security) and i would always end up going on little shopping sprees just to cheer myself up coz nothin else would. i'd buy anythin from cd's, dvd's, video games, books, magazines, figurines (i noticed you have many) clothes and whatever other crap i found and liked. i've only recently stopped doing that and thank fuck for that, coz my shopping sprees started getting out of hand with pricier stuff.. camcorder, mp3 player, pc accessories, BB guns etc.and all with the banks borrowed money
i think you should just move to a big city like london.. it'll make a world of difference to your life. you'll be living a different life in no time, preferably one that'll suit you better than your current lifestyle. coz here, you won't feel like an outsider. you'll find plenty others into the same shit.

yea, i used to use my PS2 as a dvd player for like 3 years before getting a proper dvd player. i even had the remote for it (one of the best remotes btw, packed with every single option possible) as well as the region X thingy to play other region dvds.
man.. i grew up on a little greek island called Cyprus where nothing ever happened. boring as fuckin fuck! so i totally know what you mean..
i checked out Encoder. they're ok, it sounds like a lot of the stuff i used to really be into 2-3 years ago, but right now i'm always in need of something edgier.. much harder techno, more in-your-face vocals and bad ass lyrics. if you're on msn, i can send you shitloads of stuff through there. i have way too much music.
