Fun & Games On The Bounty
So Ratfink is starting to change things and doing his best captain Bligh impression at the moment. His brilliant idea was to start doing the stock count at 2pm in the afternoon which is somewhat pointless really since you don't sell out of anything until later in the night which means it doesn't get scanned 'til the next day so it delays the inventory system by 24 hours at least which means our inventory is now even more fucked up than normal which is saying something since at the moment we have about 250 worth of "phantom stock" which is stock that no one's seen and can't be found anywhere. I'm not really that bothered myself because it's not going to me who get's in the shit when we end up with gaps all over the place and customers bitching and moaning 'cause at the end of the day you'd be amazed how quickly things change when profits go down.

Phantom stock? As in stock that never existed, or stock that's gone missing?
