Well...I asked the lady who sent the Xbox I ordered to refund my money and she said no problem. So I went out and bought a brand spankin' new shiny system from best buy. Yeah, I paid more but I didn't want the hassle of the internet. Meanwhile, the bitch is taking her sweet time with the refund. She had me sweating I'd been scammed. Then surprise surprise...this morning I have a package waiting for me at work. Yes, it's true. I am now the proud own of two Xbox 360's. I still haven't decided if I should push for a refund or try to resell it myself.

I would take the unopened one back to BestBuy for the biggest refund... Then you can deal with the nice lady and how you go about settling up with them, but that's just me.
