I feel very conflicted about iTunes decision to sell television shows. On the one hand I really like that there is one central organized place to download television shows. On the other hand...they are charging $2 for people to download a product that was originally shown for free. Come on! Why would anyone pay for a product they can get for free. Selling music I can understand. But...come on!! This is price gouging.

If I were Steve Jobs (CEO of Apple) I would not charge a penny to download the TV shows. I would add some advertising space to the TV download page and make all my money through sponsors. Customers would appreciate the gesture and visit the site often to download shows creating really great PR for Apple. Sponsors would pay top dollar to get their junk advertised on something that would get as much traffic as the Apple TV download site. Come on. I'm not a fucking genius and I know this is good business.

Everyone has their price. How much would it cost you to prostitute yourself for an attractive but disliked member of whatever sex you fancy assuming you are single and can act without consequence?
