I am pretty sure someone fucked up my thyroid medication and I have been taking 1/3 the dosage I should have been for the last month. Maybe it was the pharmacy. Maybe it was the doctors office. I don't know. What I do know is that my dosage was supposed to be raised, and what I got was significantly lower. No wonder I've put on 15 pounds, have felt exhausted, cranky and generally ill for the last few weeks. I guess that's what I get for being naive enough to believe that someone would be careful about the medication a person receives. The thing that pisses me off the most is that I didn't realize until right before I need a refill and the doctor only works half a day on Fridays. Sooo...I either shell out the money for a refill I am pretty sure is wrong or go unmedicated until Monday and potentially save myself $20.
