I'm a little embarassed to admit this, but I just saw The Dukes of Hazzard, and it was the
best
movie
ever.
I giggled like a schoolgirl through the entire movie. I'm still giggling now just thinking about it. If you ever watched the tv series as a kid, you must go see this movie!

I went & saw Charlie & The Chocolate Factory, cuz I heard the Duke's sucked.. so now there's one point for the movie 
I am convinced more and more everyday that Walmart is the DEVIL, and must be stopped.
On a lighter note, I rode my bike this morning before work. Ten miles in tha rain and I feel clensed...refreshed even. The only bad part was that I had to stop and come to work.

OMG! I hope your friend's recovery is going well. I have a girlfriend that is 39 now, but she's had 3 heart attacks since she was 28 years old! I found that absolutely amazing, but it still kinda freaks me out too. 
I saw Constantine in the theater, I really liked it.. course anything sci-fi is worth seeing, but I enjoyed the special effects & the content of the story.. quite interesting.

For the first time in about a month, the weather is nice here in Pittsburgh. Over the past month, it's been in the high eighties or ninties with high humidity every day. Today, it's sunny, 77 degrees, no humidity, a nice breeze, and blue skies. I wish it could be this way every day.

All of my mountain bike crash injuries are getting better. I always say that if you're not crashing, you're not riding hard enough! There are lots of bruises left, and it looks like someone punched me in the eye. The body is a pretty amazing thing. I can't believe how quickly it heals itself sometimes. I had a great day today.. reguardless of sleeplessness (that doesn't even look like its spelled right, let alone a word!). My day was packed at work, and my evening in class was educational, and I came home & got a kiss ass spot right across the street from my building.. which happens about once a year... great day hope you had the same.. nice to meet you by the way
